We have two convenient locations in Annandale Virginia and Franconia-Springfield Virginia for easy access, whether you’re stopping by for a Well Child appointment or have a sick child that needs immediate attention. Our office staff is bilingual, able to communicate with families whose primary language is not English. You will find our staff very friendly, matching our kid friendly office and atmosphere. Dr. Abdussalam Cheema is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Cheema has been in practicing medicine for more than Two decades. He has a passion for Pediatrics and the love of working with children of all ages as a father of two girls. According to Dr. Cheema “the smiles, hugs, and the energy from children makes every day special and he feels blessed to have the best job in the world bringing back a smile to a sick child”.

Dr. Cheema takes pride being a culturally competent Physician as he has worked and traveled extensively to many parts of the world bringing back rich and diverse experiences that enables him to better communicate and understand the medical needs of his diverse patient population. Dr. Cheema is affiliated with Inova Fairfax Hospital and participates in the Children’s IQ Network – National Health Network Washington DC.
