We provide comprehensive sports, school, and camp physicals to ensure your child meets all health and safety requirements for participation. These visits include a complete physical exam, review of medical and family history, evaluation of growth, vision screening when appropriate, and assessment of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. We complete all required forms during the same visit for a smooth, efficient experience.
If we identify any concerns that warrant additional evaluation, we may refer your child to a specialist for further sports clearance to ensure they can participate safely and without risk.
